HOW TO ORDER PRESCRIPTION FORMS
We print both the plain paper prescriptions and the newest Security Controlled Substance prescription forms. Our security paper meets and exceeds the security and safety requirements of every state in the union.
The printer we use, is certified and knowlegable. We print prescriptions for every state except New York (something about State Rules). We are certified and well informed about every state's Pharmacy Board's specific requirements. Some states like California change rules and the forms every year. Other states have maintained their prescription requirements for many year. We understand and meet all state requirements.
Ordering prescriptions from Coastal Office Systems is very easy. Give us the information needed, such as Clinic Name, address, phone, and Fax (if desired). Multiple addresses are fine. All Practioner's Names, Titles (MD, DDS, DMD, DPM, NP, etc.), State License #s, DEA #s, NPI #s (if desired). We are online with the DEA and license boards of most states. We will verify all information. WE DO NOT NEED COPIES OF YOUR LICENSES OR DEA. If for any reason we need any further information, we will call you at the number(s) you have provided.
Multiple practitioners (NO PROBLEM). Multiple offices (NO PROBLEM). You want some prescriptions with pre-printed medications and instructions (THAT'S POSSIBLE). Logos (WE CAN HANDLE THAT, TOO).
We will prepare a proof within 24-48 hours and fax or email it to you. Tell us which you prefer and even if the fax number is not desired on the prescription include that number and your email on the application. Along with the proof we will send information about total cost and estimated delivery.
If you approve, we will begin the printing, ship your prescriptions, and send you an invoice (net 30 days). We do all prescriptions on an open account basis. When you receive the prescription be sure to check a 2nd time that all information is correct. If you are happy with our work, you may send a check (enclosed return envelope) or call our 800 number and pay by major credit card.
SPEED? Proof 1-2 days, after approval, printing takes 2-3 days, packaging and shipping via UPS 1-5 days. 2nd day air is available for rush orders. Exact repeat orders are even faster because there is no need for a proof.
